Please note that once a bottle has been opened or the seal is broken, it is no longer eligible for a return due to safety and quality standards.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your Rit Dye bottles, powders, or laundry treatments are unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

Request a Return Authorization

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in a sturdy box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

Ship and Refund

Send the package back using your preferred carrier; once we inspect the items, a full refund for the product cost will be issued to your original payment method.
